SUBJECT: COVID-19 Customer Update

In working closely with FedEx, Artistic Finishes, Inc. is committed to getting your orders produced and shipped timely to you. However, given the ever-changing landscape, we need your help. Our customer base is broad, and we have no way to know what businesses have in fact closed or reduced their hours. Please consider implementing the following items below to ensure shipments arrive in a timely manner:

We are asking when placing orders to us, that you use your business location as the ship to address and that you no longer direct ship to your customers. We are asking this because you know the status of your business and your business hours which will better ensure delivery.

If you have orders placed with us already, please check the following information on all of these orders:
  • Verify your customer’s shipping status and if they will be available for delivery of packages or has made arrangement with FedEx to allow for delivery. Please recommend to your customers to post their hours or that they are closed on the outside of their receiving doors.
  • Use the tracking #s provided on your orders to check FedEx.com for shipments already in transit that have not been able to deliver or being returned to sender. Please notify us right away if a reroute is necessary.
