Shipping Policy

Shipping, Handling & Receiving Policy
We strive to deliver the best flooring accessory products in a timely fashion. Refer to your order receipt in "My Orders" for the expected date of shipment from our factory. Shipping time is in addition to the production time quoted.
 
All orders are shipped via FedEx to a physical address, unless size and weight require that the items must go via common carrier (LTL). All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser placing the order and added to the final invoice. You will not be charged more than the amount displayed on your order. Orders ship during business operating days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
 
Shipping & Handling Policy:
The purchaser may choose from multiple shipping options in the online ordering system. We reserve the right to use an alternate shipping company, as long as the ship-time remains the same as that selected during checkout. Our company may, at its discretion, change the shipping options provided online. Online orders cannot be combined to save on freight once the order has been placed. Combine your orders onto one purchase order at the time of ordering if you would like the orders to ship together. Small package orders to a specific location may be batched together for shipment if ready at the same time. All orders will be shipped complete, unless requested otherwise by the purchaser.
 
Small Pack Shipping & Handling Policy:
To minimize the handling of material and freight charges, our company may drop-ship orders to the end-user. Purchasers are responsible for all final charges. When we receive an order that is to be shipped directly to the end-user, the order will be entered as a “ship complete order”. Our company strives to ship all orders complete and in a timely manner. However, if a purchaser requests shipment of a partial order, the account will be responsible for the freight charges for both the partial shipment and the back order.

LTL Shipping and Handling Policy:
Standard shipping charges will apply for all LTL deliveries. Each order will also include a one-time $50.00 shipping charge which will be applied to the purchaser invoice. For instance, your purchase order items adding up to one pallet of product or 5 pallets of product will incur a one-time $50.00 shipping charge on top of the freight charge. Purchasers are responsible for all final freight charges.

Shipping & Order Tracking:
Expected ship dates shown on the Order Receipt will reflect the date that the items are scheduled to leave our factory. Depending on the shipping method selected by the purchaser, the order will arrive to its destination based on the shipper’s timetable by region. Once an order has shipped from the factory, a tracking number will be linked on our company website.
 
Arrival & Delays:
Shipping dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The purchaser hereby agrees that we shall not be held responsible for manufacturing and/or shipping delays or for any circumstance beyond the control of our organization(s).  Additionally, the purchaser hereby acknowledges that depending on the ship-to address and the shipping type selected, delivery times will vary; therefore an exact date of delivery cannot be quoted.
 
Backorders:
In the event of a back-order or product unavailability that may prevent us from meeting the quoted turnaround time, our customers can call our Customer Service team to check on the status of their order.

Origination & Payment:
All orders are shipped F.O.B. the Artistic Finishes factory located in Roseville, Minnesota. The purchaser is responsible for all costs of shipping from Artistic Finishes to the delivery address. Shipping costs will be billed to the purchaser's credit card along with product charges when the order is placed. If a Purchase Order is used the shipping costs will be invoiced along with the products at time of shipment.

Receiving Policy:
When you receive and accept a shipment of products from Artistic Finishes the following receiving policies are in effect:
1) Order Receipt: At the time of delivery, we encourage the receiver to check for any damages and/or missing items on the order. Report any obvious discrepancies or damages with the delivery driver if possible. ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT REGARDLESS OF THE CONDITION - DO NOT REJECT DELIVERY OF THE SHIPMENT IF DAMAGE OR DISCREPANCIES ARE NOTED. Any refused shipments without the consent of Artistic Finishes will be considered an unauthorized return, and will be subjected to all associated costs.
2) Damage & Quality Claim: After delivery, if the receiver uncovers any damages, quality issues, or missing items, the purchaser should file a Return Goods Request (RGR) per our return policy. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and replace the damaged items in question if appropriate.
