Q. Why did MoldingsOnline merge with Artistic Finishes?
A. Our brand transformation embodies where the company is today and our vision for the future of Artistic Finishes. Merging MoldingsOnline with the legacy company Artistic Finishes, reflects our foundational style of the credible quality our customers have been provided for over 30 years as well as our modern strategy going forward. By combining the two organizations it creates more efficient processes and allows for us to amplify new product innovation to better service our customers.

Q. Where do I place my orders online?
A. Sign In to the  Artistic Finishes website with the same username and password as you have been. If you are a new customer, create an account by clicking on Join Today in the upper right corner of our home page. If you are a previous MoldingsOnline customer, you will find the same easy functionality with the new Artistic Finishes brand. Regardless of which website you type into your search engine, our system will redirect you to the new Artistic Finishes website.
 
Note: The functionality of the new website will be the same, however you will see a clean, streamlined navigational approach.

Q. What address do I send payment to?

Q. Where can I find product pricing?
A. We do not sell to consumers. As a manufacturer, we provide wholesale pricing to our members. To protect our customers, non-members cannot view pricing. If you are engaged in residential or commercial flooring and have a Federal Tax ID (EIN), we invite you to set up a member account with us.  Once you are an approved member, you can access our “buy direct” wholesale pricing. 
 
Q. How do I pay for my product purchases?  
A. As an approved member, you automatically receive a $1,000.00 credit line.  You may pay for additional product with a credit card or you can apply for additional credit by completing the credit application.  
 
Q. How do I order products from Artistic Finishes?
A. Complete the basic membership application online.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your username and password. Sign in and use the product look up function to view our thousands of compatible manufacturer flooring lines.
 
Q. Do you have brochures and merchandising tools?
A. Our Sales Tools are designed to elicit questions and generate interest from your customers. Custom brand and large quantity programs are available.
