Artistic Finishes Guarantee
The guarantee is simple: if an order is not shipped on the confirmed ship date, based on our standard lead times, the customer will receive free shipping on their next order of equal or lesser value. This guarantee applies to all orders placed with Artistic Finishes, regardless of size or quantity.
Terms and Conditions:
- Our guarantee will be null and void upon a force majeure due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster (ie...earthquake, hurricane, flood, other). During such an event, we may be unable to fulfill orders or contractual obligations due to uncontrollable circumstances caused by the natural disaster, especially if hours of operations, suppliers and/or supply chains are impacted. We will do our best to inform our customers of any delays in the delivery of our products and services. We remain committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
- On time defined as the estimated ship date on our order confirmation sent to our customers.
- Free shipping & handling credit expires 30 days from the original order shipment date.
- The order that receives free shipping & handling must be equal to or less than the value of the order that shipped late.
- Must use the same shipping method as the original order.
- Standard lead-times apply. Anything shipped after noon ET will ship next business day.
- Orders that go on credit hold do not apply.
- Does not apply to LTL shipments or customer pick-ups.
- Holidays & weekends do not count as operational days and can not be included in the leadtime commitment.
- Orders that require customer supplied flooring or new flooring samples will receive a new estimated ship date upon receipt of product.

| Product Availability To ensure we are blending our product to the most up-to-date Manufacturer's flooring standard, Artistic Finishes' products are made to order. We do not stock any of our items. Please note that some products with oil finish or other specialty finishes may have a longer lead time than our standard lead times listed below |

Our standard lead times are as follows: Moldings - 6 - 8 Business Days* Vents - 13 - 15 Business Days* Treads & Risers - 18 - 25 Business Days* * Business Days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 CST |
