My Account

My Profile gives you access to edit or update your profile information such as your address, company website, email address, and which contact should receive specific information.  You will also find your orders, tracking numbers and shipping addresses here.

My Orders

You can view your active, recently shipped, and past orders. Search for an order by your purchase order number or Artistic Finishes' order number.

In the order summary section below the search box, you will see the order date, ship date, PO number and a tracking number if it has shipped.  Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the tracking on FedEx's website.

When you select the order to view it, you will see the shipping address, product ordered, quantity ordered, quantity shipped.

My Favorites

When ordering product, there is an option to save specific items as a favorite by clicking on the star shape next to the part #.  Any items you have marked as a favorite will be found here.

Saved Quotes

When you have items in your cart, but are not ready to checkout yet, you can save the items as a quote to pull up later when your customer is ready to place the order.  Saved quotes will be kept for 30 days and can be found here.

Shipping Addresses

You can choose to ship an order to any verified address.  When you add a new Ship-To address during the check-out process, and select to save that address for future orders, you will find all saved addresses here.  By selecting an address you will be able to edit it or delete it.
