A: Our brand transformation embodies where the company is today and our vision for the future of Artistic Finishes. Merging MoldingsOnline with the legacy company of Artistic Finishes, reflects our foundational style of the credible quality our customers have been provided for over 30 years as well as our modern strategy going forward. By combining the two organizations it creates more effecient processes and allows for us to amplify new product innovation to better service our customers.
Customer Service
Q: What are your Customer Service hours?
A: Customer Service is available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. If you have a cancellation request after hours, please send an email to Customer Service. Any email received by 11:59 PM CST on the day the order was originally placed will be honored.
Q: What are your will-call/pick-up hours?
A: Will-call/pick-up hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 PM CST. Please pull around to the back of the warehouse building to the door labeled A4. You will find a phone inside the door to contact our shipping team. Please ensure your order is ready before coming to pick up.

Q: How do I order product from Artistic Finishes, Inc.?

Q: Can I pay my bill online?
A: Yes, you can pay your bill online. Log into your account and choose the Make Payment button at the top of the page or find it under My Profile. Be sure to include important information in the Payment Information box to make it easier to correctly apply the payment as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you have brochures and merchandising tools?
A: Our Sales Tools are designed to elicit questions and generate interest from your customers. Custom branded and large quantity programs are available. Please contact us at info@artisticfinishes.com for your sales tools and marketing needs.
